About The Founder

Our organization is established by Mr. Shrirang Sadashiv Ranade, who started this trading in Tools, Measuring Instruments , Hand Tools , Machine Tools Accessories , Garage Tools, in the year 1975, in the name of M/S TECHNO TRADES.
From 1975 to 1983, the Company operated with various Local Small Scale Industrial Units
1983 to 1989, we focused on Garage Tools & Equipment and the organization set up a constructive Garage Tool Division.
By the year 1990, we began operations in Indian Machinery business. Sourcing Machines from Punjab & Gujarat for our client in Pune.
In the year 1993, a small showroom was established by us in Bhosari Industrial Area
We decided to expand our business to  in over sears market , after the liberation of Economic Policy in India 1995 onwards
Various national and international Machine Tool Shows were attended by our expert team, which include Singapore, Korea, Taiwan.
From the year 2000 onwards, we concentrated, prominently on Europe and America

Vendor Base

We deal with clients and vendors, both from domestic as well as international markets. In order to serve our clients, as per our reputation, we only finalize a deal after getting assured with the machines' quality and performance. We do not keep any stock of the machines and we sell machine directly from warehouse or running in the factory, ex-foundation location, ex-factory, or from ex-warehouse. Our machines accessories, components and complete machines are sourced from leading manufacturers from U.S.A. and Europe. We source Sheet metal Power Presses and Forging Presses from Russia and Ukraine, at reasonable rates.

Warehousing

We have a wide range of Industrial Machinery including all types of tool room machines. Although we do not stock used machines and sell them directly as mentioned above, rather we have built a spacious warehouse for safely storing new machines. Equipped with all general and advanced tools & equipment, our warehouse is made in compliance with the industry standards. Well segmented and safe against hazards like fire, water and pests. Our warehouse is a safe place to store and package the machines, before the orders get dispatched. Being situated in the center of the city, our warehouse facilitates easy transportation of the orders.

We sell machines directly from wear house or Running in the factory, or ex foundation Location. We do not take commission from our valuable customer. We take the customer at that whole plant / complete lines where the machine is located and try to show him the machine under power (Depends on situations).
